Our Coffee

BB PD is a light roast coffee that's truly bright and beautiful and works perfectly as a black coffee or a light cappuccino/latte. This single estate arabica is a fully washed coffee, enabling a completely clean cup that allows all the geo-characteristics of the beans to shine through. Like all arabicas, this coffee has a nice, refreshing mouthfeel to it.

Our single-estate Arabica green coffee beans are kept in shipping containers by the coast for a few months. The moist sea air is absorbed by the beans and they bloat up and turn whitish. The taste profile of the coffee changes completely and makes for a really interesting specialty black coffee. Perfect for Americano or single-serve coffees such as pour-over / French press etc.

Bean: Arabica
Process: Washed, then Monsooned

Roast Profile: Medium light, quick roast.

Tasting notes: Earthy, Spice, and nuts.

While naturally processing the coffee, we leave a lot of the fruity pulp on the bean and allow it to mellow out in filtered sunshine for a week or so. The fruitiness from the pulp gets into the bean and creates a fruity, citrussy cup. Its an award-winning specialty Robusta.

Process: Honey Sun-dried

Roast Profile: Dark, just past the first crack.

Tasting notes: Fruity, citrus, buttercup.

BBB is a versatile coffee (a blend of arabica -92%, and Robusta - 8%) with pea berry beans of both variants. The small amount of Robusta makes this a perfectly balanced coffee and also makes it perfect for espresso brewing. BBB is great with milk, but is also nice as a black coffee that's slightly on the deeper side. BBB is a medium roast coffee.

BBB has notes of chocolate and caramel. 

 

Bean: Arabica, Robusta, Peaberry of both.

Process: Multiple processes - Washed, natural, honey, smoked.

Roast Profile: Medium to Medium-dark

Tasting notes: Chocolate, Caramel

Its is a rich, strong and robust coffee blend. It is a mix of Arabica and Robusta, both single estate, with lots of earthy flavors brought in by the naturally processed coffee cherry that forms a big part of this blend. Deep bliss is a great idea if you like your coffee with a little splash or ten of milk.

Tasting notes: Dark Chocolate, Earthy

This is for the one who love their cold brew coffee with a heavier body, rich, and flavorful. Cold Brew - Dark & Fruity is a medium dark roast and the brew works well if had with a few cubes of ice and a splash of water Dark & Fruity is one of our 3 unique cold brew coffees for 2021. 

 

Bean: Arabica

Process: Honey, Wet-process.

Roast Profile: Medium-dark slow roast.

Tasting notes: Dry fruit, Shiraz, Caramel
